Restaurant Team Member

Provides customer satisfaction through preparing and serving brand products and provides customer service according to Company standards. Serve customers and prepare brand related products. The person must be able to move as required between restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion Yum and SITH’s culture, values, and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Prepare pizzas, ice cream, desserts, and other menu items according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
• Ensure all food products are prepared accurately, consistently, and presented to the required company standards.
• Operate pizza-making and ice cream equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing friendly, professional, and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take customer orders accurately, confirm order details, and provide clear information about menu items, products, promotions, and available options.
• Operate the POS order-entry system and credit/debit card terminals accurately to process customer transactions.
• Appropriately upsell and recommend additional products, toppings, sides, desserts, and promotions where suitable.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and within the expected service time, communicating realistic waiting times to customers.
• Package and hand over pizzas, ice cream, and other products neatly and correctly, ensuring orders meet presentation and quality standards.
• Follow all cash-handling procedures, including accurate cash counting, payment processing, and reconciliation, in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation at all times.
• Monitor food ingredients and supplies, rotate stock appropriately, and report low or expired stock to the relevant supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment throughout each shift.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues across pizza preparation, ice cream service, cashier duties, cleaning, and general restaurant operations.
• Treat all customers and colleagues fairly, respectfully, and professionally at all times.
• Follow all company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Focus on exceeding customer expectations by delivering great products, great service, and a great overall restaurant experience.

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦90,000.00 per month
