Job Description

Chopt Creative Salad Co. is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to provide friendly customer service and support daily restaurant operations. The role includes taking customer orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean restaurant, and working with the team to provide a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Prepare salads, bowls, wraps, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Maintain clean and organized front-of-house and work areas.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and restaurant supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant tasks.
• Work effectively with team members during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as needed.
• Ability to follow food safety and workplace procedures.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
