Restaurant Team Member

Job Summary

Land Ocean Restaurant Meridian is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Restaurant Team Member to support both guest service and daily restaurant operations. This position may assist with customer orders, food and beverage service, dining-room upkeep, and other front- and back-of-house tasks to help provide a smooth and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take and accurately enter customer orders using the restaurant POS system.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and service as assigned.
• Deliver orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized dining, counter, and service areas.
• Restock beverages, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Assist servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members during busy periods.
• Process customer payments accurately when assigned.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and communicate concerns to management.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other daily restaurant duties.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn multiple restaurant responsibilities.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry typical food-service supplies.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Land Ocean Restaurant Meridian is located at 2902 N Eagle Rd in Meridian, Idaho. The restaurant offers a full-service dining experience featuring steaks, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and cocktails, with an emphasis on quality food and guest service.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
