Restaurant Team Member

Job Summary

Fine Company is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Restaurant Team Member to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily restaurant operations, provide welcoming service to guests, support food and beverage service, maintain clean work areas, and work closely with team members to create an efficient and positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately
• Answer guest questions about menu items and available options
• Maintain clean and organized dining, counter, kitchen, and service areas
• Restock food, beverages, condiments, packaging, and other restaurant supplies
• Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Support servers, kitchen staff, and other team members during busy periods
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a polite and professional manner
• Perform additional duties assigned by restaurant management

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, food-service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
• Basic POS and cash-handling knowledge is a plus
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform routine physical tasks

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
