Position Overview

DevsFoods LLC and Parade Management are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Training Manager to train and develop restaurant managers and team members across our restaurant portfolio.

This position is based in Central New Jersey and requires regular travel to our restaurants throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. The role focuses on restaurant operations, brand standards, guest service, and food safety.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in the fast-food industry, strong coaching skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Current ServSafe Manager certification is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training in restaurant operations, brand standards, food preparation, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Coach teams on opening and closing procedures, shift management, order accuracy, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Reinforce proper food handling, temperature monitoring, sanitation, personal hygiene, and prevention of cross-contamination.
• Identify training needs through restaurant visits, observations, and performance reviews.
• Develop and deliver training plans, hands-on demonstrations, and follow-up coaching.
• Support onboarding and development of new managers and team members.
• Partner with General Managers, District Managers, and Regional Directors to address operational gaps and improve performance.
• Support training for new restaurant openings and company initiatives.
• Maintain training records and communicate progress, completion, and areas requiring improvement.
• Model professionalism, accountability, and consistent execution of company and brand standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the fast-food industry, including restaurant management and team training experience.
• Current ServSafe Manager certification required.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, brand standards, and food safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop managers and team members.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate training across multiple restaurants.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout NJ, NY, PA, and CT within our restaurant portfolio.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as training needs require.

Travel Requirements

Regular travel is an essential requirement of this position. Although based in Central New Jersey, the Training Manager will conduct on-site training at company restaurants throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

Travel expenses will be paid by the company in accordance with company policy.

Compensation and Benefits
