Job Summary

We are looking for a Steward who is passionate about hospitality and guest service. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-groomed, and capable of handling guests professionally while ensuring smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure timely and efficient table service.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and service team.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when required.
• Build rapport with guests and encourage repeat visits.
• For Floor Captain candidates: supervise service staff, allocate sections, monitor service quality, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Steward: Minimum 1 year of restaurant service experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic spoken English.
• Positive attitude with excellent guest-handling skills.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (Petpooja experience is an added advantage).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
