Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the restaurant, including tables, kitchen areas, and restrooms
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments
• Follow food safety management practices to ensure all food served meets health regulations and quality standards
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food prep, delivery, or cleanup as needed
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to uphold excellent service standards

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and transactions is a plus
• Commitment to adhering to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling practices
