Restaurant/Cafe Manager

Mary's is a Nigerian inspired Cafe and Restaurant based in Collingwood, we are a woman led team focused on diversity and bringing our culture to Collingwood.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the owner's right hand, making sure everything runs smoothly so the cafés stay organised, high quality, and calm. You'll lead day-to-day operations at Mary's and oversee systems and team management both day and night.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily service & floor operations
• Manage staff, rosters & hiring
• Handle ordering, suppliers & stock
• Payroll & admin
• Improve systems and processes
• Maintain strong team culture
• Weekly oversight at both venues
