Restaurant/Kitchen Manager

As the Restaurant Manager at Sourdough & Co., you will lead daily operations to deliver our signature premium sandwiches, salads, and artisan soups. You will manage a high-performing team, maintain strict food safety standards, and drive profitability through labor and inventory control. Your primary focus is to champion an energetic, guest-first culture while maintaining the high quality and speed of a premium fast-casual environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee daily fast-casual restaurant functions, ensuring high standards for food preparation, signature sourdough quality, and cleanliness.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule shift leaders and crew members while driving team development and prime cost efficiency.
• Customer Service: Maintain an energetic, personable demeanor and champion a guest-first environment.
• Administration: Manage cash handling, delegation of tasks, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in the food service or restaurant industry.
• Skills: Strong time-management, communication, and delegation capabilities.
• Reliability: Exceptional punctuality, professional accountability, and composure under pressure.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
