RESTAUTANT ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all shifts.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and outlet profitability.
• Monitor daily sales, Average Order Value (AOV), upselling, and cross-selling performance.
• Supervise team members and ensure productivity, discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, service speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, shift allocation, and manpower planning.
• Support the onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
• Maintain a positive and respectful workplace and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, food wastage, and product expiry.
• Ensure proper stock rotation, storage, and inventory accuracy.
• Support cash handling, billing, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor operational expenses and take necessary steps to minimize unnecessary costs.
• Monitor customer feedback and Google reviews and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant equipment and timely reporting of breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, stock records, attendance records, and operational documentation.
• Report incidents, asset damages, cash discrepancies, and policy violations to the Store Manager promptly.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform additional operational responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager or Operations Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
