Crew Chief Water/Fire Mitigation Technician Want to be part of our growing team? ServiceMaster Restoration by Bond is looking for an experienced Crew Chief for our Fire and Water Mitigation division to contribute to our award-winning service team. We provide restoration and cleaning services following fire, smoke, water, and construction-related losses.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. If you enjoy the satisfaction of helping people recover from property damage and take pride in a job well done, we'd like to hear from you.

This is not a janitorial position. As a member of our restoration team, you will build your expertise in water mitigation and specialty cleaning services while facing new challenges and learning opportunities every day.

Qualifications

• Professional and courteous attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• 2+ years of water mitigation experience
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to remain active and work on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to pass a background check prior to employment

Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $20.00 - $24.00+ per hour, based on experience
