· Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with H2O Damage clients and business contacts, including insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners, and end users.
· Coordinate equipment delivery, setup, monitoring, movement, and pickup, including air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, drying equipment, containment materials, and other restoration equipment.
· Monitor drying conditions and job progress to help ensure mitigation work is completed efficiently and properly documented.
· Identify and communicate potential safety issues, scope changes, additional work, jobsite concerns, customer issues, insurance-related questions, or schedule concerns to management promptly.
· Help ensure crews follow company procedures, safety expectations, equipment handling standards, cleanliness requirements, and customer service standards.
· Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and help prevent jobsite injuries through proper planning, communication, equipment use, and safe work practices.
· Maintain company equipment, tools, vehicles, and supplies in a clean, organized, professional, and operational condition.
· Turn in company credit card, debit card, fuel, material, and job-related receipts in a timely and organized manner.
· Maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
· Participate in on-call rotations, emergency response, late evening work, weekend work, and deadline-driven project needs as required.
· Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and demeanor consistent with a management position.
