What they need
Results oriented, aggressive self-motivated individuals with organizational and presentation skills.
Able to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial, along with insurance adjusters. Experience reading and understanding estimates from Xactimate, Symbility estimating programs is required. Bi-lingual fluency is a plus.
Excellent phone/speaking voice and customer service skills. Motivated individual with a positive attitude who is willing to go the extra mile to help co-workers and customers. Must possess impeccable problem-solving skills.
