Job Summary:

Seeking a Project Manager with restoration or construction experience to manage complex, high-value projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure safety and quality standards, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage restoration or construction projects exceeding $1M.
• Oversee crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports and photo logs.
• Manage project invoicing, change orders, and vendor qualifications.
• Communicate regularly with estimators, clients, and management.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Support emergency response and catastrophe recovery projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within construction or property restoration.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, and team coordination.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, or restoration services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically and work nights or weekends when required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
