Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 base salary + performance bonuses (Target Total Earnings: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year)

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration and construction projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will manage daily field operations, project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• * Required: Strong proficiency and hands-on expertise using Xactimate (and Symbility) for insurance estimating, detailed scope creation, and adjuster negotiations
• * Must have proven capability in establishing project budgets from approved estimates and managing job cost variances across multiple simultaneous projects
• * Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience within the disaster restoration and residential/commercial construction industries

Duties

• Prepare and adjust detailed Xactimate scope estimates and negotiate property claims directly with insurance adjusters

• Oversee field crews, trades, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project timelines and safety regulations

• Maintain continuous communication with property owners, adjusters, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycle

• Enforce strict quality control standards on all work performed, carrying out site audits and managing punch lists

• Monitor job cost reports and implement corrective actions to prevent cost overruns
