The Problem: When disaster strikes, customers are often overwhelmed and don’t know where to turn.

Our Solution: As a Restoration Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee restoration efforts, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Confidence: Coordinate and perform restoration processes while ensuring quality control at every step.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Manage both customer satisfaction and overall project success by communicating clear expectations to your team.
• Document Success: Thoroughly document restoration projects to highlight the quality of services provided.
• Optimize Resources: Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and supplies on assigned projects to maximize effectiveness.
• Stay Connected: Regularly update your team on project progress, issues, and important developments.
• Prioritize Safety: Ensure that all safety protocols are established and stringently followed at job sites.
• Maintain Excellence: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Empower Your Team: Coach and train restoration technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required

Skills and Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Capability to climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Initiative to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
• Comfort working with cleaning agents and chemicals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
