Restoration Technician

What You'll Do:

• Assist with water mitigation and restoration projects under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Learn to operate restoration equipment, tools, and software
• Help document projects and maintain organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
• Follow company safety standards and procedures
• Support the team with cleanup, equipment maintenance, and general labor tasks
• Assist with emergency response services as needed

Preferred (but not required):

• Construction, restoration, maintenance, or general labor experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in tight spaces
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
