Restoration Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This position includes after-hours and on-call emergency response and involves water, fire, mold, and asbestos abatement services. Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire/smoke cleanup
• Conduct mold remediation and containment setup
• Assist with asbestos removal and abatement in compliance with all regulations
• Set up containment barriers, negative air machines, and HEPA filtration systems
• Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
• Follow proper PPE and safety procedures at all times
• Document job progress with photos and detailed notes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours/on-call shifts
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing respirators/PPE
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred (training available)

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):

• IICRC courses
• Asbestos Worker/Supervisor Certification
