Restoration Technician

Duties

• Perform water damage restoration, including water extraction, drying affected areas, and preventing mold growth.
• Conduct mold remediation to restore indoor air quality.
• Handle fire restoration, including soot removal, smoke damage cleanup, and structural restoration.
• Communicate with homeowners, document damages, and provide updates throughout the restoration process.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete restoration tasks efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Experience in restoration is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
