Duties

• Respond promptly to emergency calls for fire, water, flood, and storm damage restoration projects.
• Perform cleaning, debris removal, and mold remediation using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and personnel to job sites.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as Xactimate for damage assessment and documentation.
• Conduct water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes to mitigate further damage.
• Apply safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and respiratory protection to ensure personal and team safety at all times.
• Assist with construction-related tasks when necessary, including minor repairs or structural work during restoration projects.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including photos and reports for insurance claims and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns professionally.

Skills

• Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred.
• Strong emergency response readiness with the ability to stay calm under pressure during urgent situations.
• Knowledge of fire restoration, flood restoration, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with Xactimate estimating software is a plus for accurate damage assessment documentation.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interaction.
• Adherence to safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection standards at all times.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency response coverage outside regular hours as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
