Restoration Technician (Pensacola)

Location: Pensacola, Florida

Responder Restoration is looking for a bilingual Restoration Technician to support our field operations in Pensacola, Florida. This role involves assisting with restoration projects, conducting property visits, documenting damage, and supporting the team throughout the restoration process.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with restoration-related tasks at residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property visits and help assess damage caused by water, mold, or other property-related issues.
• Take photos, document property conditions, and gather relevant information for job files.
• Assist with the setup, handling, and transportation of tools, materials, and restoration equipment.
• Support mitigation, cleanup, and other restoration activities as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all job sites.
• Communicate with team members, property owners, and other parties involved in the restoration process.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restoration, water mitigation, construction, maintenance, property inspections, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Pensacola area as required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to take photos, document findings, and complete job-related paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently when needed, and collaborate with a team.
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn and develop new skills.
