Restoration Technician/Trade Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable Restoration Technician or qualified/ inter expirience  tradesperson to join our close-knit Brisbane team. You could already have restoration experience, or be a carpenter, plasterer or practical all-rounder ready to learn a specialised trade. What matters most is that you take pride in your work, treat people with care and want to make a genuine difference.

About the role

You’ll work on restoration projects across Brisbane involving water, fire, mould and storm damage. The work is hands-on and varied, and includes helping customers, carrying out restoration tasks and documenting work as you go.

You’ll be joining customers at a difficult point in their lives. A professional, considerate approach matters just as much as practical skills.

About you

You may be an experienced restoration technician, or a qualified tradesperson looking for a new direction. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, hardworking and committed to working safely.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Respectful and considerate when working with customers during a difficult time.
• Willing to learn and follow restoration procedures.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Restoration experience, ideally with IICRC qualifications such as WRT or FSRT, or a solid trade background and willingness to learn.
• A current Australian driver’s licence, manual or automatic.
• A National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice in Brisbane.
