Restorative Care/Discipline Support Officer

Restorative Care Officer

·         Provide mentoring, intervention and behavioural support for identified students.

·         Build positive relationships and develop students' social-emotional skills, self-regulation and responsible behaviour.

·         Plan and facilitate restorative practices, mediation and community-building activities.

·         Engage parents and strengthen home-school partnerships to support student development.

·         Collaborate with the Student Development Team, teachers and relevant stakeholders.

·         Observe, monitor and document students' progress, and provide regular reports and recommendations.

·         Support preventive programmes related to student behaviour, well-being and restorative practices.

·         Review programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.

·         Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and perform other duties assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work or related fields
• Certification: Certified Practitioner in Restorative Practice / Building Relational Capacity (WSQ preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in education, social services or related sectors
• Preferred: Experience working with primary school students
