About the Role:

As a Restorative CNA, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and achieve their recovery goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing restorative care to patients, including range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation
• Assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Encouraging patient participation and engagement in rehabilitation activities
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current CNA certification in the state of Alabama
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
