- Maintain accurate treatment records in practice software (Open Dental experience a plus).
- Contribute to our culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and collaboration, supporting both clinical and administrative staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental assisting experience required (restorative or prosthodontic experience strongly preferred; surgical experience a plus).
- Comfort with intraoral scanners, temporary fabrication, and lab communication.
- Current dental radiology and infection control certifications (state-specific).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn advanced restorative and implant skills, and committed to fostering collaboration with doctors and team members.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Ongoing training in advanced restorative, prosthetic, and implant dentistry.
- Supportive, growth-oriented team environment built on respect and trust.
