Your Role

You’ll serve as a trusted connection between our doctors and patients, bringing clarity to treatment recommendations and helping patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with care.

Responsibilities include:

• Presenting treatment plans: Review doctor-diagnosed restorative treatment with patients, explain costs and payment options, and clarify procedures within your training, involving the clinical team when needed.
• Helping patients schedule care: Address questions, coordinate appointments, and follow up thoughtfully on recommended treatment that remains unscheduled.
• Coordinating clear aligner cases: Manage the patient journey from treatment presentation through acceptance and scheduling, in collaboration with our clinical team.
• Tracking monthly performance: Monitor and report key performance indicators, including treatment diagnosed, treatment scheduled, and case acceptance, to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality: Welcome and assist patients at the front desk and over the phone with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Who You Are

You’re an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping people make informed decisions. You can discuss financial details comfortably, manage follow-up consistently, and balance a welcoming presence with strong organizational skills.

Dental treatment coordination or front-office experience is a must, along with familiarity with restorative procedures, dental terminology, and practice management software.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
