Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced dining environment. Duties

• Supervise daily operations in quick service fast food restaurant settings.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
• Manage banquet services, ensuring seamless execution of events and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee kitchen management, including food preparation, inventory control, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in casual dining or quick service environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Knowledge of culinary practices, kitchen management, and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
