Restraunt Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, particularly in the food industry, with a strong focus on inventory management, shift management, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment
• Manage inventory levels and ordering processes
• Coordinate and lead shift schedules for staff
• Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained
• Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient restaurant operations
• Provide training and support to staff members
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bartending experience is a plus

Pay: $25.94 - $33.83 per hour
