Restructuring & Insolvency - Associate (Entry Level)

We are now seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing restructuring team in Hong Kong currently involved in some very high profile cases globally. Successful candidates will gain exposure across the team’s broad range of matters and participate in certain latest projects as follows:

• Large and complex Hong Kong insolvencies, Court appointed, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and Bankruptcy matters.
• Several Provisional Liquidation, Official Liquation and Receivership matters in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the BVI.
• Independent Business Reviews for major global financiers.
• Independent Financial Advisor roles.

Requirements:

• 2026 graduates in Accounting / Finance / Business stream with a passion to learn and excel
• Internship or part-time experience a definite advantage
• A positive team player with excellent analytical and inter-personal skills
• Demonstrated project management skillset including project planning and time management
• Can communicate effectively in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment
