Restructuring Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Participating in negotiation with the client(s) if needed/ requested by business line.
• Spotting the main reasons of deterioration.
• Assess/recommended extra collateral & securities.
• Contribute in BL meetings /negotiations with the clients.
• Propose/recommending corrective measures.
• Assist Head of restructuring in Handling & finalizing communication / negotiations with PDs clients to reach the adequate restructuring scenario in an acceptable way serving the bank’s best interest.
• Organize / obtain the necessary management approvals with the assigned delegated matrix.
• Prepare required memorandums that will be presented to the management to obtain needed restructuring approvals.
• Ensure implementing the obtained approvals regarding each PDs case through coordination with all the concerned parties.
• Follow PDs clients and their adherence to the set restructuring strategy.

Job Qualifications:

• University degree in Commerce, Economics, or a relevant qualification.
• Credit course.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Corporate/SMEs
