We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations with precision, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager serves as a key operational leader, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest engagement, and a consistently well‑executed dining experience. This position requires a polished presence on the floor, strong leadership instincts, and the ability to guide a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Staff Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor FOH team members with a focus on professionalism, hospitality, and growth.
• Build thoughtful schedules and manage labor strategically to support service excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and uphold accountability with clarity and fairness.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects Schulson Collective’s values.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Champion a warm, polished, and proactive approach to guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, ensuring the brand’s reputation remains strong and consistent.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations with disciplined attention to detail and consistency.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented environment across all service areas.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to support smooth operations.

Financial & Business Management

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and partner with leadership to drive performance improvements.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and daily financial accuracy.

Brand Presence, Marketing & Events

• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to support brand initiatives and promotional strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing events that elevate Pearl & Mary’s presence and guest engagement.
• Uphold the visual and experiential standards that define the concept.

Compliance & Regulatory Standards

• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, compliance updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in an upscale, high‑volume restaurant leadership role.
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with modern restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, reporting).
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, labor, and cost controls.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with composure and professionalism.

Working Conditions

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
