What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic inventory control.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
- Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with hotel standards.
