Resturant Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career. Previous management experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided in-house to the right candidate.

About the role:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

* Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team

* Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences

* Manage opening and closing procedures

* Assist with rostering, training and team performance

* Maintain food safety, cleanliness and workplace health & safety standards

* Assist with stock control and ordering

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

* Work closely with the management team to achieve business goals

About you:

* Previous hospitality experience is preferred

* Management or supervisory experience is an advantage

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Positive, energetic and reliable

* Able to remain calm and organised in a busy environment

* Passionate about hospitality and customer service

* Willing to learn and develop

* Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $62,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
