ROLE SUMMARY

Caldwell Communications is hiring a Retail CSR Davao to join our customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to retail products and services
• Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account-related requests
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, availability, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex retail or account-related concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
