Retail customer service involves concerns that many people already encounter in everyday life—checking an order, asking about product availability, following up on a delivery, or requesting a return. If you're comfortable communicating with people and want to turn those familiar situations into professional customer service experience, this role can be a practical place to start.

Previous BPO or call center experience is not required. Whether you're a fresh graduate, first-time job seeker, or career shifter, you'll receive paid training starting Day 1 to help you learn the retail systems, account processes, and customer service procedures.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Account Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with products, orders, deliveries, returns, and other retail-related concerns.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with product and order inquiries
• Providing information about product availability and promotions
• Handling delivery and order status concerns
• Processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations
• Assisting with account and order updates
• Providing appropriate solutions to customer concerns
• Documenting customer interactions accurately
• Escalating complex concerns when needed
• Following account procedures and service standards
• Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Learn the Process While Building Experience

You don't need to already be familiar with retail support systems or customer service procedures. Paid training starting Day 1 will help you learn the account, systems, and processes you'll use on the job.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
