Retail Activation Coordinator

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We are looking for Retail Activation Coordinator to bring our brands to life in-store through impactful activations, strong visibility execution, and effective POSM deployment across the market.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Develop and manage POSM materials from planning, production, to execution.
• Plan and deploy trade activation initiatives to support brand and sales objectives.
• Monitor and track in-store visibility execution to ensure strong brand presence.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver activation programs and POSM requirements.
• Manage trade assets and ensure proper utilization across channels.

The Ingredients For Success

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Activation, Sales Operations, or Brand Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of POSM development, from design and production to execution.
• Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CAD is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a high level of ownership and commercial awareness.
