Retail Activation Manager

A Day in the Life You turn brand strategies into engaging, high-impact retail experiences across department stores, specialty chains, and physical boutiques. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you lead in-store consumer engagement and promotional execution to drive footfall, conversion, and brand equity.

• Plan and deliver the 360-degree retail activation calendar, overseeing product launches, seasonal podiums, and customer pop-up events.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure seamless campaign translation from digital concept to physical floor.
• Manage local event production agencies, fixture suppliers, and retail space vendors to guarantee flawless on-time execution and cost efficiency.
• Monitor post-activation sell-out performance, tracking return on investment and shopper engagement metrics to refine future retail concepts.

We Are Looking For You bring creative vision, operational precision, and hands-on energy to transform retail spaces into brand love moments. You bring:

• Retail Activation & Events: Proven track record in orchestrating physical retail campaigns, pop-up stores, and consumer brand experiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong transversal collaboration skills across marketing, commercial key accounts, field teams, and external agencies.
• Project & Budget Management: Ability to lead multiple production timelines, manage supplier deliverables, and track activation budgets effectively.
• Shopper & Retail Dynamics: Solid understanding of consumer journey touchpoints, store traffic drivers, and retail trade mechanics in Thailand.
• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in Thai and English, comfortable presenting activation plans and coordinating cross-functionally.
