Retail Advisor @ 118

We are looking for a Retail Advisor to join our growing retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and confident in delivering a high-quality shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing personalised product recommendations, achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
• Deliver an excellent and personalised customer experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets/KPIs.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding new arrivals, products and future purchases.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and brand information.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and maintained according to company standards.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Handle transactions and store operations when required.
• Support store events, campaigns and other retail activities.
• Ensure all company SOPs, policies and security procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers.
• Sales-driven with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Well-groomed, presentable and professional.
• Good product-learning ability and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and retail working hours
