Retail Advisor (Mid Valley)

Employment Duration: Contract (Renewable Based on Performance)

Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)

Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Schedule)*

Monthly Salary:

• Basic Salary: RM2,300
• Incentives: Average up to RM2,000 - Based on Sales Performance*

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable items and accessories.
• Achieve individual and sales targets while actively promoting products and value-added services.
• Develop strong product knowledge items, grading standards, and warranty terms to confidently educate customers.
• Handle sales transactions accurately (cash, card, e-wallet) and ensure proper documentation in compliance with company SOPs.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and assist in stock management, inventory checks, and daily reporting.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales/telesales/customer service, with a good sales record.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
• MUST be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
