Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Operate POS systems
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions with precision and providing change as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards and food handling protocols
• Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely to support food preparation activities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience or quick service & fast food restaurant background preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems - but will train
• Strong skills in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations
• Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling, and cashiering is a plus - but will train
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace at all times
• Customer service-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain necessary food safety training

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
