Retail & E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Experience

: Assist customers with product recommendations, styling advice, and purchases across our showroom, pop-ups, and retail partners. Support sales activities and deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

E-Commerce & Online Sales

: Support daily e-commerce operations across our website and online sales channels, including responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating fulfilment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Inventory & Stock Management

: Assist with stocktaking, inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and transfers between our showroom, warehouse, and consignment partners.

Retail Operations & Brand Support

: Assist with pop-up events, product launches, retail displays, courier arrangements, and general administrative tasks. Work closely with the team to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Comfortable using digital tools and interested in learning about e-commerce operations.

An interest in fashion, styling, and retail is a plus.

Prior experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is advantageous but not required.

Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
