Retail and Events Specialist

Job Summary

HairReve is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Retail and Events Specialist to support the execution of our retail activities, bazaars, trade shows, mall kiosks, and pop-up stores.

The successful candidate will coordinate event preparations, assist with booth setup, support sales staff, monitor inventory, and ensure that every activation is well-organized and aligned with the brand’s standards. This role requires hands-on involvement, strong coordination skills, and a willingness to work at different event locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the preparation and execution of bazaars, trade shows, mall kiosks, and pop-up stores.
• Arrange booth setups, product displays, promotional materials, and other event requirements.
• Coordinate with event organizers, mall administrators, suppliers, and sales personnel.
• Assist in managing sales promoters and event staff during retail activations.
• Support product demonstrations, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock replenishment during events.
• Track sales performance and prepare event and inventory reports.
• Ensure that booths and displays are clean, organized, and visually presentable.
• Assist in resolving operational concerns during events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, event coordination, trade shows, mall promotions, or brand activations.
• Experience handling bazaars, kiosks, pop-up stores, or exhibits is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, extended mall hours, and at various event locations.
• Experience in hair care, beauty, health, wellness, or consumer products is an advantage.

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
