Retail & Production Assistant

About the role

This is a multi-tasking role in a fast-paced printing environment. You'll be on your feet, handling orders, assisting customers and supporting production throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with printing, cutting, packing, finishing and preparing customer orders
• Attend to walk-in customers, answer enquiries and recommend suitable printing products
• Assist with basic artwork editing, checking files and preparing designs for printing
• Take photos and videos of products, production processes and completed orders for social media
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and ensure orders are completed on time

About you

• Fast, efficient and able to work with urgency

• Able to multitask and switch between different tasks quickly

• Proactive, independent and willing to learn

• Comfortable speaking to customers

• Good attention to detail and willingness to do hands-on work

• Comfortable taking videos using a smartphone and social media savvy

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is an advantage

• Prior printing experience is an advantage but not required
