Retail and Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Supervise sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations, train new employees, and develop strategies to improve overall store efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in retail sales or store management in an electronics industry setting.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
• Excellent billing and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
