Retail Area Manager (Klang Valley)

A leading global fashion retailer is looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple retail outlets across Central of Malaysia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and productivity across all stores.
• Monitor store performance through sales analysis, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, customer service, and operational standards.
• Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and succession planning.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Head Office on promotions, new store openings, and business initiatives.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure a positive customer experience across all outlets.

Requirements

• SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, including at least 2 years managing multiple retail outlets.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, sportswear, lifestyle, or specialty retail is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to travel extensively across Klang Valley.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
