Retail Area Manager (Smartphone)

About the role

As a Retail Area Manager at Jump Retail Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre region. This full-time role is a crucial part of ensuring the success and growth of our retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and support the retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Plan and coordinate regional events, roadshows, dealer gatherings and in-store promotions.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment for the region.
• Monitor retail activities, store displays and overall brand image.
• Prepare and submit retail reports when required.
• Coordinate and monitor brand outlet construction projects.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations and team performance.

What we're looking for

• At least SPM certification
• 1 year working experience in related field (Sales & Marketing experience is an added advantage)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to travel when required.
