About the role
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience at our Mid Valley outlet.
Key responsibilities
- Engage warmly with customers and assist with product enquiries
- Handle cashiering duties (cash, card, and e-wallet transactions) accurately and efficiently
- Assist with merchandising, product displays, and maintaining proper stock levels
- Keep the outlet neat, tidy, and visually appealing at all times
- Support daily retail operations including simple administrative tasks
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the store supervisor
About you
- Prior retail or sales experience is an added advantage
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Willing to learn about tech products and retail processes
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible, trustworthy, and a good team player
