Retail Assistant (Central i-City, Shah Alam)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail store environment at all times.
• Remain attentive to customers and proactively provide recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain good knowledge of the brand, designers, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, offering constructive and effective solutions.
• Assist with inventory counts and the arrangement of new products, including updating in-store and window displays.
• Report directly to the Business Team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
