Retail Assistant Job Duties

• Connect with customers, asking the right questions to understand their needs.
• Break down service availability in plain talk so customers are informed and confident moving forward.
• Keep records up to date and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Partner with sales and service teams to deliver timely, well-prepared service.
• Answer basic questions and direct customers to the right support.
• Greet customers warmly.
• Articulately present products to customers based on needs.
• Calm worried customers with friendly grounded support.
• Ask smart questions to align customer needs with the right sales solution.
• Log info accurately so sales follow-ups never slip through cracks.
• Collaborate with other departments for prompt service that builds sales loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable interacting in a face-to-face environment.
• Within commutable distance to Jacksonville, FL.
• Able to work on-site five days a week.
• Can work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Can handle basic math for pricing and estimates.
