RETAIL ASSISTANT

Kiwi NZ Venture Limited is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on in-home customer appointments, helping clients choose the right outdoor and indoor solutions for their spaces.

About the Role:
You will be meeting customers both within Wellington and across surrounding regions, providing tailored solutions and closing sales. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills and confidence, especially over the phone and in person.

Products You Will Represent:

• Gazebos
• Canopies
• Louvres
• Carpets
• And other outdoor & indoor living solutions including furniture and appliances

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled in-home appointments with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Deliver professional and persuasive sales presentations
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Travel to appointments within and outside Porirua as required

• Confident and fluent communicator
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel for appointments
